Experience: Consultations

In addition to my clinical practice and faculty roles, I have participated with a number of organizations to help each them provide better services to their target populations. I am proud of the important work I have done and the way in which my own clinical understanding is strengthened from such consultations.

Member, Protecting Our Elders Together (POET), a Seattle city-wide program to assess, monitor, prosecute and prevent financial crimes against elders, 2000 - 2006.

Mental Health Expert Member of the County and City of Los Angeles Area Agencies on Aging Fiduciary Abuse Specialist Team (FAST), a county-wide program to assess, monitor and prevent financial abuse among older adults, 9/94 - 12/99.

ExecuFit Corporation, Cypress, CA. 7/92 - 1/93. Development and administration of Mental Wellness Health Education Curriculum for senior citizen members of a health insurance company. Focus on disseminating mental health information in a preventive format.

Consulting Psychologist, USC/St. Barnabas Alzheimer's Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Center, Los Angeles. 3/91 - 10/92. Neuropsychological assessment and supervision of clinical psychology students' neuropsychological assessment of older adults. Development of Spanish and Korean language translations of neuropsychological test battery. Grant preparation.
